Short sharp workouts that are FUN, effective and efficient.

Most attempts at cardio wipe out any chance of body shape improvements. I’m sure you know lots of people who spend hours in the gym or on the treadmill and they never change! ICE is a science-based approach that maximizes fitness & fat loss! In fact the research behind ICE principles show you can burn up to 3 times more fat during cardio exercise!

Our groups are small and personalised so you don’t get lost up the back. I promise you there is nothing co-ordinated to music and you don’t have to remember routines.

As an aerobics instructor for over 10 years I saw people come and go without results as they were intimidated with the loud music, lycra and complicated routines.

We mainly use body weight activities and use the outdoors as much as possible.

THURSDAY 6pm – Stretch & unwind
